1. Wash your brows with a non-greasy cleanser and dry completely.
2. Apply Instant Tint! on clean eyebrows, liberally covering the entire length of the eyebrow hairs.
3. Leave it on the eyebrows for about 10 minutes. (up to 20 minutes for a more pronounced effect).
4. Wipe in the direction of hair growth using a wet pad. Rinse with water if necessary.
